Um curso preparatório ao vestibular (popularmente conhecido como cursinho ou cursinho pré-vestibular) é um tipo de curso realizado por estudantes brasileiros do Ensino Médio que estão próximos de prestar o concurso vestibular (exame de seleção ao ensino superior) ou por qualquer indivíduo que deseja submeter-se a tal prova. Esse curso tem o objetivo de fazer o estudante rever o conteúdo aprendido ao longo da vida escolar
para que, preparado, possa ser classificado nos tradicionalmente concorridos exames vestibulares.
Há muitas críticas ao modelo de funcionamento dos cursinhos, entre os quais destaca-se a idéia de que eles apenas transmitem aos alunos idéias e estratégias pré-determinadas para obterem sucesso nos vestibulares e não fazem o mais importante, que é fazê-los compreender o assunto ou preparar o aluno para a vida universitária. Entretanto, os cursinhos em geral argumentam que sua existência se deve à necessidade de cobertura de uma falha do sistema educacional, cumprindo, bem ou mal, uma função que muitas escolas não fazem ou não podem fazer: dar uma visão sistêmica do conteúdo exigido para o ingresso na Universidade
